Sub: Compliance to conduct the classes to the 1st Year MBBS Students from

        23.11.2020 – by following all the COVID-19 Measures at Katuri Medical  

        College Hospital - Reg.

 

 With reference to the above, we are ready to open the college and conduct the classes for 1st Year MBBS students from 23.11.2020 by taking all the COVID-19 measures issued by Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

 With this regard we are sending all the necessary SOP’s as enclosures.

INSTRUCTIONS

1.   Every student should install the “Aarogya Setu” app in their smart phone.  Students should attend the college with the report for COVID-19 RT PCR / Rapid Antigen test done not before 20-11-2020. 

2.   All the students who are attending their schedule time hostel accommodation is provided to all students. 

3.   Students should report to hostel one day prior to their class schedule and contact person is Administrative officer Mr.G.S Rao mobile no: 6260980477 

4.   Students will not be allowed to move outside the college premises under any circumstances. 

5.   Each students should wear face mask and hand-gloves (when & where necessary) and should bring their temperature checked before entering into their respective departments. 

6.   Students should observe the following instructions to prevent the COVID-19 Infections.

a)    Physical distancing of at least 6 feet between persons. 

b)   Mandatory use of face covers /  masks. 

c)    Frequent use of alcohol based hand sanitizers. 

d)   Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed.  This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue / hand kerchief /  flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly. 

e)    Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest. 

f)     Spitting shall be strictly prohibited. 

g)    Sharing of items like notebook, pens/pencil, eraser, water bottle etc, amongst students will not be allowed. 

h)   Students are strictly instructed not to gather in groups at any time in the college premises. 

7.   Disciplinary action will be taken if any student is found violating the above safety instructions.
